I am just so tired and sore right now. Today has gone wrong for me in a lot of ways.

1. I woke up at 11:40 am. I was supposed to start work at 11:30. and my sister never bothered to wake me up.

2. Got to work at 12pm and had Deb (My boss) Say that I was in trouble for being late, even after I rang up and said I was on the way and that I slept in.

3. Missed two meals on a function order and had to get the chefs to cook them asap.

4. Someone ordered Rib Fillets. I put it down as a Premium Rib fillet whish is around $31.99. I charge them for it and then they say they wanted a Pub Style, which is $21.99. So I have to refund the order and do it again.

5. I look at the printed docket and realise there is two Kids Chicken nuggets and chips. I think I've charged them double for the kids meal. So I give them a refund of $12.99.

6. Later realise that I hadn't deleted the fucked order to the table and it had printed out. Had to tell the chefs not to cook the two Premium Ribs, which were already cooking.

7. Had to go back to the ladies and ask for the refunded money back, because of my stuff up. They get upset over this.

8. Had two girls order one steak to share. I charge them an extra $1.99 for a small veg and salad side plate. Had Brendan (The Head chef) Turn around and say that I should have charged them the large salad and Veg plate which is $12.99.

9. Given Blairs meal (He's the assitant mannager) to the two girls who ordered the steak to share. Had to give Blair the girls steak which was a Rump, not a Premium Rib which the two girl had eaten.

10. Clean up and set everything up for tonight, have Brendan tell me he's going home and that there is a few dishes to wash up. I say ok, and when I go into the Kitchen I see tubs, buckets, the largest pot they have and a fare few plates there, all waiting for me to wash up.

11. Cleaned up kitchen, put paper on reserved tables of 15, 10 and 5 only to find out the 15 has grown to a 20, and want to be right at the back of the room because they have a meeting. :/

What a fucked up day!
and the best part is, only half the day has gone and I have to go back at 5:30 and do the night shift!
